The letter of intent must be submitted by a parent or guardian. The letter must include:
- The name of the young lady;
- The year she will enter her freshman year of high school, or her current year in high school, if past her freshman year;
- Name of high school she will be attending or attends;
- The name, address, phone number and email of both parents/guardians.
New membership is not permitted after the start of the junior year of high school. Partial year membership is not permitted. Membership is open to high school aged girls living in Redlands or a local surrounding community.
A letter of intent may be submitted at any time, but to ensure acceptance, it is best to submit a request for membership no later than March of the year the young lady will enter her Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year. Late requests will be accepted but no later than July 15 of the year membership begins. Each grade-level class size is limited to no more than 30 girls and is granted on a first come, first served basis.
